सर्वप्रथम त यौन उत्तेजना आएको थाहा भएपछि खुसि हुनु पर्ने कुरा हो । किनकि किशोरावस्था शुरु हुँदा यौन आकर्षण बढ्ने र कहिलेकाहिँ कुनै कारणले यौन उत्तेजना पनि आउनु भनेको अत्यान्तै राम्रो कुरा हो भनेर बुझ्नु आवश्यक छ । यसअर्थ कि उ÷उनी स्वस्थ छ÷छिन भन्ने कुरा प्रष्ट हुन्छ । त्यस्तै खुसी मान्नपर्ने अर्को कारण के हो भने, यौनकार्य र सन्तान उत्पादनको लागि सक्षम भएको जानाकारी पनि हो । तर, झन बुझ्नै पर्ने कुरा चाहिं के हो भने सन्तान उत्पादन गर्नको लागि यौनाङ्ग र विशेषगरी पाठेघरको विकासमा परिपक्व नआइ बच्चा जन्माउँदा ज्यान जाने धेरै खतरा हुन्छ भन्ने कुरामा किशोरावस्था देखिनै उनिहरुलाई राम्रो जानाकारी हुनपर्दछ । त्यसको लागि उनिहरुलाई जानकारी गराउँने अभिभावक वा विद्यालयका शिक्षकहरु पहिलो स्रोत व्यक्तिहरु हुन । सानो उमेरमा यौन सम्पर्क गर्दा किशोरीहरुलाई जीवन भरी नै स्वास्थ्य समस्या आइपर्दछ । जस्तैः फिस्टुलाको समस्या, आङ खास्ने समस्या, बाँझोपन हुने सम्भावना आदि । सानो उमेरमा यौन सम्पर्क गर्ने वा गर्भधारण गर्ने कार्य नहोस भनेर नै स्वास्थ्य विज्ञानका आधारमा नेपालको कानुनमा अभिभावकको अनुमतिले विवाह गर्ने उमेर कम्तिमा पनि १८ बर्षको हुनुपर्ने र आफ्नो निर्णय अनुसार विवाह गर्दा दुबै जनाको कम्तिमा २० बर्षको उमेर हुनुपर्ने उल्लेख गरिएको हो ।
करिब १० बर्षको उमेर भएपछि स्वस्थ अवस्थाका किशोरकिशोरीहरु प्राय सबलाई यौन उत्तेजना हुन्छ । यौन उत्तेजना हुनु जीवित जगतका सबै प्राणीहरुका लागि प्रकृतिले नै बनाएको प्रणाली हो । प्रकृतिले सबै जीवलाई यौन उत्तेजित बनाउँनुको मुख्य उद्देश्य सन्तान उत्पादनमा प्रेरित गराउँनु हो । त्यसैका लागि यौन कृयाकलाप गर्दा आनन्द आवस भनेर नै प्रकृतिले शरीरिको बनावट नै त्यसै किसिमले बनाएको हुन्छ । महिलाको योनी भित्रीे केहि भाग (करिब चार इन्च सम्म) प्रोष्टेष्ट ग्ल्यायड नामका तन्तुले बनेको हुन्छ, जाहाँ अर्को अङ्गले छुँदा धेरै आनन्द आउँछ र यौन उत्तेजना अझै बढ्छ । पुरुष्को लिङ्गको टुप्पाको वरिपरी पनि त्यहि तन्तु हुन्छ । यौन सम्पर्कको केहि समय सम्म आनन्द आईरहन्छ । त्यसै गरि शरीरमा यौन उत्तेजना गर्ने विभिन्न किसिमका हर्मन नामका रसायन (Chemical) हरुको उत्पादन पनि किशोरावरुथा शुरु भएसंगै उत्पादन शुरु हुनथाल्दछ । ती हर्मनहरुले नै महिलाको पाठेघरको डिम्बाशयमा डिम्ब (एक किसिमको अण्डा) उत्पादन हुन थाल्दछ । यौन सम्मर्क हुँदा पुरुषको शुक्रकिट त्यहि डिम्बमा प्रवेश गरि गर्भधरण शरु हुने हो । गर्भधारणको लागि अरु हर्मनहरुले योनीलाई चिप्लो पार्ने पदार्थ उत्पादन गरिदिएको हुन्छ र पाठेघरको भित्तामा गर्भधारण तयारीकोलागि विभिन्न तत्वहरु तयार हुने क्रम बढेपछि तिनै हर्मनहरुका कारण माहिलामा यौन चाहना हुन्छ र विपरित लिङ्गको सम्पर्कमा यौन उत्तेजना बढाउँछ । पाठेघरको भित्तामा जम्मा भएका ती रसायन तत्वहरु बाक्लीदै जान्छ र सरदर २८ दिन पछि त्यो आफै खस्छ, योनी मार्गबाट बाहिर निस्कन्छ । त्यो अवस्थालाई नै महिनावारी भएको भनिएको हो । त्यो रातो रङ्गको हुने र रगत जस्तै देखिए पनि त्यो रगत नै भने होइन । त्यसको बनौट चाहिँ त्यस्तो हो । भर्गमा रहेको बेलामा बच्चाको लागि चाहिने पोषण तत्व त्यसैमा हुन्छ ।
त्यसैगरी पुरुषमा पनि किशोराबस्थाको सुरु भएसँगै विभिन्न हर्मन नामका रसायन उत्पादन हुन थाल्दछ त्यसको सहायताले अण्डाकोषमा शुक्रकिटहरु तथा वीर्य थैलीमा वीर्यको निर्माण हुन थाल्दछ । त्यस्तै चिप्लो किसिमको यौन सरहरु उत्पादन भई लिङ्गसम्म आइपुग्दछ । यौन सम्पर्क गर्दा हुने घर्षणका कारण पीडा नहोस भनेर महिला र पुरुष दुबैमा यस्तो चिप्लो पदार्थ उतपादन हुन्छ । यी यौन रस उत्पादन हुनेक्रमसँगै यौन चाहना बढ्नथाल्दछ र विपरित लिङ्गीसँगको सम्पर्क हुँदा यौन उत्तेजना हुन थाल्दछ । यौन व्यवहारको व्यवस्थापन चाहिं प्रकृतिले गर्देन, मानिस आफैंले गर्ने हो । यौन चाहना हुनु स्वभाविक भएपनि, यौन उत्तेजना आउँनु स्वभाविक भएपनि यौन व्यवहारको उचित व्यवस्थापन नगर्नाले सामाजिक विकृति र द्वन्द्व सिर्जना हुने, असुरक्षित यौनसम्पर्क हुनाले अनिनिच्छत गर्भधारण हुने, एचआइभीका साथै विभिन्न किसिमका यौनजन्य संक्रमणहरु हुने गरेको हो ।
Why a boy or a girl experience sexual arousal after growing into adolescence?
First of all, one should be very happy if s/he experience sexual arousal because it is an indication of being healthy.
As soon as one steps in adolescence, s/he starts to experience sexual attraction and various reasons play significant roles for this.
An individual does not experience sexual arousal or sexual excitement right after growing into adolescence. However, various factors should play a role for the arousal of sexual desire. It is a condition created by nature for all living beings, ultimately for childbirth, a biological process by which new offspring are produced from their parents. Since, reproduction is essential for living beings, the process required for it is designed in such a way that the partners involved in the sexual activities shall feel relaxed.
Once a girl develops herself into adolescence, her sexual organ starts to get mature, yet does not become completely matured. Her breasts and vagina starts to develop. The entrance of her vagina starts to have a high concentration of nerve endings. When these nerve endings are stimulated, for instance, by vaginal penetration, she receives pleasurable sensations. Majority of nerve endings are one opening part of the vagina and are very sensitive to touch. The increased number of nerve endings means increased number of pleasure.
Near the front junction of inner lips of the vagina, there is portion that looks like a button and is called clitoris. Clitoris contains many nerve endings and when the clitoris is stimulated, the vaginal walls lubricate and are the main reason behind sexual arousal. Similarly, some regions of a girl’s vagina, up to 4 inch, prostate gland becomes active. If some foreign body touches this area, a girl experiences a sense of relaxation or sexual arousal. With continuous touch or stimulation, her sexual arousal increases. This is the period where there be production of various chemicals or hormones that plays a significant role in increasing sexual arousal.
Similarly in boys, various kinds of hormones or chemicals start to get produced and with this, a boy is now able to produce spermatozoa. Since the body of adolescence is now matured, the process involved in supplying blood to the penis gets more active and with the autonomic dilation of arteries supplying blood to the penis, erection occurs and is the arousal of sexual desire.
Nature does not facilitate proper management of an individual’s sexual behavior. Thus, it is the duty of human being to apply necessary actions for best management so as to avoid negative results.
